arrogant adj. Showing too much pride in oneself. noun (arrogance). A feeling of too much pride in oneself.
boycott verb. To join others in refusing to deal with a person or group.
campaign noun. A series of actions intended to accomplish a goal. A series of military actions in a particular area.
ceremony noun. A formal event held in honor of a special occasion.
custody Noun. Control over and responsibility for care. in jail.
degrade verb. To bring shame or disgrace upon. Adjective (Degrading): Causing shame or disgrace.
detain verb. To stop or hold; to keep from going on.
extend verb. To reach out. To offer. To make longer.
integrate verb. To unite into a whole; especially to end the separation of races. noun (integration): The act of uniting or bringing together, especially people of different races.
segregate verb. To keep separate or apart. noun (segregation): The act of keeping separate or apart
supreme adjective. The highest in rank or position. Of great importance.
triumph noun. A noteworthy success. verb. To win. adverb (triumphant): joyful over victory or success.
vacate verb. to make empty.
verdict noun. The decision reached at the end of a trial. A judgment or opinion.
violate verb. To break, as a law or a promise. noun (violation): A breaking of or failing to keep something like a law or a promise.
