Anti A, 4+ Anti B, 0 A cells, 0 B cells 4+ A1 with potent anti H, confirm A1 group with anti A1 lectin
Anti A, 0 Anti B, 0 A cells, 4+ B cells 4+ bombay , test with anti H lectin
Anti A, 4+ Anti B, 2+ A cells, 0 B cells, 4+ group A with an aquired B antigen, check pt history. acididfy anti b reagent to pH 6.0 this would agglutinate only true B antigens not acquired B antigens
