urgent Something important that needs to be dealt with (addressed) immediately Example: Students who do not use the restroom during their lunch period, usually have an urgent need to go during 4th period.l
anguish a strong feeling of misery or distress Example: I felt great anguish when my mother told me Mrs. Barras called her.
devoted giving your time to something Example: I devoted my entire Sunday afternoon to reading the newspaper.
intent to be determined to do something. Example: Marco's intent to get out of READ180 made him focus on developing his reading skills through all class activities and reading everyday of the week at home.
