WordDefinition
Weight A measure of the gravitational force exerted on an object; it's value can change with the location of the object in the universe.
Volume A measure of the size of a body or region in a 3D space.
Density The ratio of the mass of a substance to the volume of the substance.
Accuracy Closeness to the correct place or area.
Precision The set of closeness of the same quantity.
Percentage Error Calculating by subtracting accepted value from experimental value and dividing it by accepted times a hundred.
Significant Figures All the values with certainty plus one final number with some uncertainty.
Scientific Notation A method of expressing quantity as a number multiplied by 10 to the appropriate power.
