impudent Disrespectful, rude
insolent to be boldly rude or disrespectful
callous to become hardened; this could apply to skin becoming tough from work or to a person's attitude becoming mean or tough because of constant mistreatment
obsequious acting like a servant to someone by being obedient or doing everything they request
magnanimous to be generous in forgiving an injury or insult. If you are magnanimous you don't hold a grudge.
