What is Chemistry? Chemistry is the study of matter.
What is matter? Matter is anything that has mass and takes up space.
What is matter made of? Matter is made up of atoms and molecules.
How big are atoms and molecules? Atoms and molecules are very small.
What is an atom? An atoms is the basic building block of all matter.
What is a molecule? A molecule is made up of two or more atoms connected and bonded together.
What is matter found of? Matter is either found as a solid, liquid, or gas.
What is the Kinetic-Molecular Theory of Matter? The Kinetic-Molecular Theory of Matter is that matter is made up of tiny particles called atoms and molecules and those atoms and molecules are always in motion.
What are atoms and molecules attracted to? Atoms and molecules that make up a solid, liquid, or gas are attracted to one another.
What happens when a solid has strong attraction? In a solid, the atoms are very attracted to one another. Because of this strong attraction, the atoms are held tightly together.
