QuestionAnswer
Debate a discussion of opposing reasons
Affirmative the side that is in favor of the question
Proposition the issue that is going to be debated
Persuasive having the power to convince or urge others
Negative the side that is against the proposition
Constructive Helping to build (The speech to supporting your side)
Rhetorical a question that is asked for effect. No answer is expected or offered
Rebuttal The opposing of an idea in formal matter by argument and proof.
Relevant relating to the matter
Resolution a formal statement of opinion
Statistics numerical data assembled and classified to present significant information
