AP Spanish IV Pronoun Rules (Chapter 6) compiled

Situation/what is given/neededResponse
si sólo hay un verbo conjugado los pronombres van antes (pronouns come before)
Sentence with a verb phrase pronouns go before the verb phrase or added to the second verb (never split verb phrases)
if verb phrase is split by a prepositional phrase pronouns must be added to end of verb phrase
i wash my hands (special case) Yo me lavo LAS manos (not mis manos)
In perfect tenses (haber) pronouns come before the haber, regardless of past, present etc
in progressive tenses you can either put the phrase in front of the SAVE SPICE verb, or add it to the gerund. this will often require adding an autographic accent
