Math Connects Chapter 8

QuestionAnswer
Numerator the top number in a fraction and the part of the fraction that tells how many of the equal parts are being used.
Mixed Number Has both a whole number and a fraction
Improper Fraction Has a numerator that is greater or equal to the demoninator.
Denominator the bottom number in a fraction. It tells how many parts the whole is broken into.
Fraction A number that represents part of a whole or part of a set.
