| bisect | To cut or divide into two parts, especially two equal parts. |
| duplex | Twofold; double. Having two apartments, divisions, or floors. |
| duplicate | Identically copied from an original. |
| monarch | One who reigns over a state or territory, usually for life and by hereditary right, especially: |
| monogram | A design composed of one or more letters, typically the initials of a name, used as an identifying mark. |

| monologue | A long speech made by one person, often monopolizing a conversation. |
