QuestionAnswer
How do I know when something is linear or isnt linear its linear when the AROC is constant and isnt when its not constant RENEMBER CONSTANT MEANS SAME NUMBER NOT INCREASING BY 2
how do ik when something is a quadratic when it increaces at a constant rate its a quadratic like increaces by 2 over and over again increaces at a constant rate
what do you right if something is linera or non linear blank is linear because the AROC is constant
what do you right if sometihing is a quadratic blank is a quadratic beacase over equal length input value intervals , the AROC are increasing at a constant rate of 4
what do you wite if it sniether blank os niether becasue the AROC isnt constant or changing at a constant rate
How do you know concavity If the AROC IS increaAsing its concave up if its decreasing concave down and if its constant noiether and if it does both niether
for when given one function and having to fid the multiplicity what do u do solve for all the x if thier is an x outside the pareenthesis you HAVE TO PUT X=0 dont forget also if they give you two non factored thing factor ot find zeros also multpiclicity is the exponent of where the x is and find the degree is add all the multi..
for when givin a graph and told find multiplicity first fins x=0 then look if it goes thru its 1 if it bounces its 2 if it stayes flat its 3
how to tell if a greaph is odd or even if ittssymetrical over y its even of symetrical over the origin its odd
how to tell iof odd or even from function if f(-x)=f(x) its even if its -f(x)=f(-x) its odd
x axis odd function is what make both values negative
for even functions its y axis symetry make -x and + y
AROC questions First differences constant → LINEAR Second differences constant → QUADRATIC

Use these flashcards to help memorize information. Look at the large card and try to recall what is on the other side. Then click the card to flip it. If you knew the answer, click the green Know box. Otherwise, click the red Don't know box.

When you've placed seven or more cards in the Don't know box, click "retry" to try those cards again.

If you've accidentally put the card in the wrong box, just click on the card to take it out of the box.

You can also use your keyboard to move the cards as follows:

If you are logged in to your account, this website will remember which cards you know and don't know so that they are in the same box the next time you log in.

When you need a break, try one of the other activities listed below the flashcards like Matching, Snowman, or Hungry Bug. Although it may feel like you're playing a game, your brain is still making more connections with the information to help you out.
