Admission Transfer, Discharge and Physical Exams

metric system of weights and measures based upon the meter and the kilogram
pound unit of weight equal to 16 ounces
return the readmittance of a resident to the care facility
transfer moving a person from one place to another; a formal handoff of care from one healthcare professional to another
