| justice | Being fair and making sure everyone is treated right according to the rules and laws. |
| individual worth | The idea that every single person is important, valuable, and deserves respect just for being who they are. |
| limited government | A system where the government's power has strict rules and limits, so leaders cannot just do whatever they want. |
| natural rights | Basic freedoms that every human is born with and that no government should ever take away, like life and liberty. |
| religious liberty | The freedom to choose your own religion, practice your faith safely, or choose not to practice a religion at all. |
| tyranny | A cruel and unfair government where one ruler has all the power and treats people badly. |
| republicanism | A way of governing where citizens elect leaders to make laws and decisions for them. |
