| Personable | Someone who is personable has a pleasant appearance, character, manner, and personality. |
| Patient | If you are patient, you have the ability to remain calm and not get annoyed when dealing with a difficult situation, task, or person. |
| Positive | If you are positive about things, you are hopeful and confident, and think of the good aspects of a situation rather than the bad ones. |
| Proactive | A proactive person takes control of a situation by making things happen or by preparing for possible future problems. |
| Conflict | A conflict is a serious argument or disagreement between two or more people. |
| Cognitive | Cognitive means relating to the mental process involved in knowing, learning, and understanding things. |
| Influence | Influence is the power to make other people agree with your opinions or do what you want. |
| Subtle | Something that is subtle is hard to notice and not immediately obvious. |
| Cue | A cue is a verbal or nonverbal hint that guides conversation and social interaction like facial expression and tone. |
| Perceive | If you perceive something, you see, notice, or become aware of it, especially when it is not obvious. |
