Rethoric Terms

Rhetoric The art of persuasive communication.
Logos Appeal to the logic of the message
Pathos Appeal to the emotions of the audience
Ethos Appeal to the ethics/credibility of the speaker/author
Rhetorical Situation The specific context, set of circumstances, and environment that shapes how a message is created, delivered by the speaker.
