Enalapril Vasotec ACEi HF, HTN, Kidney disease BBW: Pregnancy CI: Hypersensitivity, angioedema K supplements or salt should be used under medical supervision. May cause dizziness if dehydrated. Use caution rising from sitting or lying down, especially when first starting off.
Valsartan Diovan ARB HF, HTN,MI BBW: Pregnancy CI: Hypersensitivity, use with aliskiren in patients with DM . Do not discontinue abruptly, use K+ supplements or salt under medical supervision. May cause dizziness . Avoid driving, alcohol and NSAIDs while taking the med.

May cause dizziness that may worsen if dehydrated. May cause orthostatic HTN. Seek care if angioedema, excessive fluid loss hyperkalemia , reduction in urination or jaundice.
Irbesartan Avapro ARB HTN, Diabetic nephropathy in T2DM and HTN BBW: Pregnancy CI: Hypersensitivity, use with aliskiren in patients with DM. Seek medical attention if angioedema, excessive fluid loss, hyperkalemia, reduction in urination, jaundice. Avoid abrupt discontinuation.
Amlodipine Norvasc CCB HTN, Angina CI: Hypersensitivity Report s/s of hypotension, peripheral edema, activities that could be dangerous if dizziness occurs . Dizziness may be worse if too much water is lost. Avoid alcohol
Nifedipine ER Adalat, Procardia XL CCB HTN, Angina CI: Hypersensitivity, cariogenic shock, STEMI, use of CYP3A4/5 inducers
