| V- tach | Treatment : Pulse = #1) Sync cardiovert 2) Lidocaine or Amiodarone. If no pulse = Defib + CPR |
| V- Fib | Small V'S Treatment : Defib , car , epinephrine , amiodarone |
| ASystole | Treatment : #1 CPR , #2 FIX H& T . H= hypovolemia , hypoxia , hypothermia . T= toxins , Tamponades , Thrombosis. |
| Supraventricular Tachycardia | 151-250 bpm. Emergency !! Treatment : #1) vagal maneuver #2) Treat underlying cause . 3) Rapid IV push Adenosine . #4) Sync cardioversion. |
| Hypokalemia | less then 3.5 . S/S: Vomiting . low BP , weak , leg cramps . GIVE POTASSIUM EKG: flat T waves + U waves , ST depression |
