national fire protection association label NFPA warns location of hazardous materials in the event of a fire
chemical hygiene plan CHP describes all safety procedures, special precautions, and emergency procedures when working with chemicals
CPR cardiopulmonary resuscitation
radioactive hazard symbol displayed in areas where radioactivity is used
irritant contact dermatitis result of direct skin contact with materials left on latex
allergic contact dermatitis true allergic response to proteins or other components of the latex absorbed in the skin
anaphylaxis a rapid, severe immune reaction that can be life-threatening if not treated
