Government Maintains order, makes decisions on behalf of the people.
Stable Food Supply Having enough food to prevent the civilization from starvation; the civilization's farming system.
System of Writing Used to leave records of specific events or occurences and communicate effectively.
Technology Used to innovate and progress the civilization to greatness; ideas of the people.
Social Structure Organizing people into social classes, such as rich or poor. Often also used to talk about families and their roles.
