How do we remember the order of our planets? We remember the order of them like this: My Very Educated Mother Served Us Nachos. Mercury, Venus, Earth, mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Urans, Neptune.
What are inner planets? Inner planets are 4 planets closets to our sun. (Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars).
Are the inner planets terrestrial? Yes, the inner planets are terrestrial like earth.
What is mars also known as? Mars is also known as the Red Planet.
What are outer planets? Outer planets are 4 planets farthest from the sun. (Jupiter, Satern, Uranus, Neptune)
What are our outer planets made of? Our outer planets are made of gas (sometimes called gas giants) and all have ring systems.
Which planet is our biggest planet? Our biggest planet is Jupiter which has a red spot that's a storm.
Which planets are in our asteroid belt? The inner planets are in the asteroid and the outer planets are not in the asteroid belt.
Where is the sun located in our solar system? The sun is located in the middle of our solar system.
Where in the solar system to we live? We live in the Milky Way Galaxy.
What are some other things that are in our solar system? We have dwarf planets such as Pluto.
Why does the sun look like the biggest star in the sky? The sun looks like the biggest star in the sky because it's the closets star to us.
