no pacer spikes does not automatically mean oversensing. What else could it mean? Failure to pace/output: The pacemaker should fire but doesn’t produce a spike. ➡️ No ⚡ when one is expected
oversensing is when: The pacemaker detects electrical activity/noise that it mistakes for a heartbeat, so it inhibits pacing. ➡️ No ⚡ because it falsely thinks, “The heart already beat.”
