TermDefinition
Constant A variable that stays the same.
Variable Something that can change or vary in an experiement.
Dependent Variable The variable that changes in response to the independent variable.
Experiment Group The group that is being tested on.
Independent Variable The variable thats is changed on purpose. (deliberately changed)
Inference A logical interpertation based on what scientists already know.
Observation The act of knowing and describing events or processes in a careful way, orderly way.
Peer Review Scietists charing findings with others, the others look into it and review it.
Bias A personal view for something.
Controlled group Variables that are unchanged or controlled.
