Welcome customers politely. Eat food in front of customers.
Use their phones while serving customers. Take customers’ orders.
Answer questions about the menu. Share customers’ personal information.
Recommend dishes and drinks. Give free food or drinks without permission.
Serve food and drinks. Argue with customers.
Clean tables and work areas. Ignore food safety rules.
Report problems to the manager. Serve food that is damaged or contaminated.
Use the restaurant equipment correctly. Leave the restaurant without informing the manager.
Ask the chef or manager about ingredients. Enter restricted areas without permission.
Take restaurant supplies for personal use. Help other employees during busy periods.
