Invalidated Feeling like your thoughts, feelings, or experiences are dismissed as unimportant or wrong.
Invisible Feeling unseen, unheard, or completely overlooked by those around you.
Inadequate Feeling fundamentally not good enough, unskilled, or falling short of expectations.

Defiant Feeling a strong internal resistance or desire to rebel against control or authority.

Exposed Feeling vulnerable, unprotected, or as if your flaws and secrets are completely on display.
Ambivalenced Feeling torn between two conflicting choices, desires, or emotions at the same time.
Defensive Feeling an urgent need to protect yourself, justify your actions, or ward off perceived criticism.
Hypervigilant Feeling intensely on edge, scanning your surroundings, and waiting for something bad to happen.
Apprehensive Feeling a quiet, uneasy dread about what might happen in the near future.
