Sightreading To play a piece for the first time.
D.C Al Coda Repeat from the end and play to the "To Coda", then skip to the Coda.
Intonation The ability to play or sing in tune.
Road Map The order in which the piece is played
Shift When the left hand is placed in a new position in order to access more notes on the fingerboard.
Enharmonic Two notes that sound the same but are written differently
D.S. Al Coda repeat from the sign and play to the "To Coda", then skip to the Coda.
D.S al Fine repeat from the Sign and play to the Fine
