TermDefinition
Dna The Molecule that contains the instructons for life.
Gene A section of DNA that contains instructions for a specific trait or fucntion.
Chromosone A tightly coiled package of DNA and proteins found in the nucleus of a cell.
Trait A characteristic or feature of an organism, such as eye color or hair color.
Inherited A charicteristic or gene that is passed from parents to offspring.
Heredity The passing of traits from parents to their offspring.
Nucleus The part of a cell that contains the chromosones.
