| What does angling the CR 25 degrees cephalic mean? | It means angling the x-ray beam 25 degrees toward the head. |
| What does the anatomical term "caudal" mean? | It refers to a structure closer to the feet.. |
| What is an example of the application caudal in an x-ray? | An example would be if you are angling the x-ray tube towards the knee joint or foot. |
| What does Proximal and Distal describe? | Proximal describes a location closer to the body or point of attachment - Distal describes - Farther from the point of attachment or the trunk of attachment |
| What are two classifications of the Human Skeleton? | Axial, which includes the skull, vertebral column, and the rib cage. Appendicular - Comprises the limbs and girdles. |
| What is the body position Recumbent? | Lying down in any position. |
| What is the body position Trendelenburg? | The head is lower than the feet. |
| What is the body position Supine? | Lying on the posterior surface. |
| What is the body position Prone? | Lying on the anterior surface. |
