Exosphere Outermost layer, atmosphere fades into space and gravitational pull is at its lowest, satellites are located here
Breathing and life Atmosphere give oxygen and helps us breath. Regulates gasses for various biological processes
Temperature regulation Atmosphere traps the heat from the sun, prevents the earth from being too cold at night
Protection from UV radiation The ozone layer in the atmosphere absorbs the most harmful UB violet rays
Weather and climate Responsible for earths weather and climate systems, causing wind patterns, rain, and storms
