Evidence Anything that tends to prove or disprove disputed facts or means employed for the purpose of proving unknown or disputed facts
Judicial evidence Evidence adduced at trial or in enquiries before courts
Extra Judicial Evidence That which is used to satisfy private persons as to the facts requiring proof
Admissible Evidence Evidence that is accept in a court of law and may be prese before thr court for consi in deciding the case
Inadmissible Evidence Evidence that is wholly or partially not permitted to be tendered before a court by virtue of the exclusionary rules of the law of evidence.
