Black Cohosh s used for menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes. It has also been promoted for menstrual cramps, premenstrual syndrome, and to induce labor
Echinacea commonly used to prevent or treat the common cold and other respiratory tract infections, and for urinary tract infections. It is believed that echinacea stimulates and improves immune system function.
