Q: What is biomechanics? A: The study of forces and the effects of those forces on and within the human body.
Q: Why is biomechanics important? A: It improves performance, reduces injury risk, and helps design effective equipment.
Q: What is Newton’s First Law? A: Objects stay at rest or in motion unless acted on by an unbalanced force.
Q: What is Newton’s Second Law? A: Force = mass × acceleration (F = ma).
Q: What is Newton’s Third Law? A: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
Q: What is linear motion? A: Movement where all body parts travel the same distance, direction, and speed.
Q: What is angular motion? A: Movement around an axis (internal = joints, external = equipment).
