Metoclopramide Reglan Dopamine Antagonist Gastroparesis GERD (short term) Antimetic Extrapyramidal symptoms. Tardive dyskinesia. Limit use to <12 week Take 30 min before meals and at bedtime. Avoid long term use ( >12 week) Report involuntary movements immediately. GI obstruction, perforation or hemorrhage Tardive dyskinesia (long term use)

Phenytoin Dilantin Hydantoin anticonvulsant Seizures Gingival hyperplasia. SJS/TEN. Hepatotoxicity Nystagmus Monitor drug levels. Maintain good oral hygiene Concurrent use of delavirdine. History of prior acute hepatotoxicity attributable to phenytoin. Sinus bradycardia, 2nd and 3rd degree heart block. Severe hypotension and arrhythmias with rapid IV administration.
Clobazam Onfi, Sympazan benzodiazepine CIV Seizures associated with Lennox-gastaut syndrome Serious dermatologic reaction. respiratory depression Avoid alcohol/opioid. May decrease the effectiveness of hormonal contraceptives and to use additional non- hormonal methods of contraception.
