| lexicon | The vocabulary of a person, language, or branch of knowledge. |
| ubiquitous | Present, appearing, or found everywhere. |
| binding | An agreement or promise that cannot be legally or morally broken. |
| attritable | Designed to be cheap enough to be sacrificed or destroyed in battle. |
| pledge | A solemn promise or agreement. |
| sovereignty | Supreme power or authority; a self-governing state. |
| exquisite | Extremely beautiful and delicate, or highly sophisticated and expensive. |
| pre-cursors | Things that come before another and signal its approach or development. |
| volley | A large number of weapons fired or objects thrown at the same time. |
| norms | Something that is usual, typical, or standard behavior in a group. |
| candid | Truthful and straightforward; frank. |
| deterrence | The action of discouraging an action or event through instilling doubt or fear of the consequences. |
| prudent | Acting with or showing care and thought for the future; wise. |
| nascent | Just coming into existence and beginning to display signs of future potential. |
| paradigm shift | A fundamental change in approach or underlying assumptions. |
| conundrum | A confusing and difficult problem or question. |
| bespoke | Specially made for a particular customer or user; custom-made. |
| circumvent | To find a way around an obstacle or rule, often overcoming it by cleverness. |
| ascendancy | Occupation of a position of dominant power or influence. |
| exponential | Becoming more and more rapid (in growth or increase). |
