Waiver Of Subrogation A provision that prohibits an insurer from pursuing a third party to recover damages for covered losses.
Processor The person responsible for reviewing and uploading COI requests into the Certsoft system.
Additional Insured A person or organization not automatically included as an insured under the policy at the request of the named insured.
CertSoft System used to upload and review certificates to determine whether they are in compliance or are classified as delinquent.
General Liability Typically cover you and your company for claim involving bodily injuries and property damage resulting from your products, services or operations.
Worker's Compensation Insurance that provides cash benefits and/or medical care for workers who are injured or become ill as a direct result of their job.
Automobile Liability A type of coverage that protects the insured against they caused to a third party of their property while driving a vehicle.
