Animal cell VS Plant cell They are both eukaryotic cells but plant cells have a cell wall, chloroplast and only one large vacuole.
Prokaryotic vs. Eukaryotic Cells Prokaryotic cells are more simple cells and have no membrane bound organelles. They only have DNA, ribosomes and cytoplasm. Eukaryotic are more complex and have membrane bound organelles,
Nucleus Stores the DNA in a cell
Mitochondria Produces ATP for the cell
Chloroplast is where photosynthesis happens in plant cells
Vacuole Stores water, nutrients and waste
Cell wall Helps support and protect plant cells
Cell Membrane it acts as a selective barrier, only letting in certain things.
Ribosomes Is where protein synthesis happens
Cytoplasm it is the jelly like stuff that fills the inside of the cell and helps give the cell its shape.
