Type 2 diabetes Can be caused by hereditary and lifestyle. Pancrease doesn’t make enough insulin. Exercise and meditation is good.
Stroke Bleeding in your brain
Cancer Uncontrollable growth of cells warning signs CAUTION Treated with surgery, radiation and chemotherapy
Heart disease Caused by hereditary obesity poor diet lack of exercise and poor sleep habits. Can be treated by surgery medication and exercise.
Arthritis Overusing a bone like knees or elbows where two bones meet
High blood pressure Caused by hereditary poor diet no exercise. Treated with medication better diet and more exercise.
Parkinson’s Disease “shaking” disease, can be caused by heredity treated with meds and therapy
Alzheimer’s disease characterized by forgetfulness treated by meds and therapies
Osteoarthritis is caused by overuse and/or injury Can cause swelling of the joints affected Treated with meds, heat/cold, massage, physical therapy
Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that attacks the synovial fluid between the joints as a virus and attacks it Treated with meds, exercise and physical therapy
Benign tumor NON cancerous and cells do NOT spread
Malignant tumor cancerous cells in tumor and does spread rapidly throughout the body
