How do you see FOMO? FOMO can be seen when people constantly check social media, feel left out of social situations, compare themselves to others, or feel pressure to fit in and attend events so they do not miss out.
Why does FOMO occur? FOMO occurs because people have a perception of missing out and develop a compulsive behavior to maintain social connections with friends, family, and social networking sites.
How can people overcome FOMO? People can overcome FOMO by: Limiting social media use Practicing mindfulness and being present Engaging in hobbies and interests Focusing on personal goals rather than comparing to others
