speeds up HR = sympathetic
Accelerans nerve: speeds up HR
Vagus nerve = slows down HR
Atrial systole = atria contract, fill ventricles with blood
Ventricular systole = ventricles contract, blood pumped out to atria
Diastole = Relaxation of chamber Ventricles relax, refill with blood
lub = tricupsid and mitral valves
dub = semilunar valves
systole = contract
