Oophorectomy surgical removal of an ovary
Hysterectomy surgical removal of the uterus.
Salpingectomy surgical removal of a uterine tube.
Vaginitis inflammation of the vagina
Dysmenorrhea painful menstrual periods.
Menorrhagia heavy menstrual bleeding
Amenorrhea absence of menstrual periods.
Endometriosis condition where endometrial tissue grows outside the uterus.
Cervicitis inflammation of the cervix.
Colposcopy visual examination of the cervix and vagina.
Mammography x ray imaging of the breast.
Ovarian cyst fluid filled sac in the ovary.
Ectopic pregnancy pregnancy outside the uterus.
Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) infection of the female reproductive organs.
Pap smear test used to detect abnormal cervical cells.
