Vit. B1 Thiamine Grains, pork, and beans . Aids in converting food into energy
Vit. B2 Riboflavin Milk, eggs, and greens. Energy production by converting carbohydrates, fats, and proteins into ATP.
Vit. B3 Niacin Meat, fish, and grains. Converting food into energy and maintaining a healthy nervous system, supporting digestive health, and keeping skin healthy.
Vit. B5 Pantothenic Acid Meat, eggs, and whole grains. Converting food into energy, producing red blood cells, synthesizing cholesterol, and forming stress-related hormones
Vit. B6 Pyridoxine Poultry, bananas, and potatoes. Aiding in amino acid metabolism, immune function, and brain health.
Vit. B7 Biotine Eggs, nuts, and bananas. Acts a coenzyme for carboxylase enzymes and breaks down macronutrients.
Vit. B9 Folate Leafy greens, beans, and citrus. Producing DNA/RNA, forming red blood cells, and promoting healthy cell division.
Somatostatin An inhibitor, primarily regulating digestive processes by slowing down motility, decreasing blood flow, and suppressing the secretion of various hormones and enzymes.
Cholecystokinin Released by cells in the duodenum upon detecting fat and protein. It acts to optimize digestion by stimulating pancreatic enzyme secretion and gallbladder contraction, slowing gastric emptying
Secretin Neutralize stomach acid by stimulating the pancreas and bile ducts to release bicarbonate-rich fluid, while also inhibiting gastric acid secretion and slowing gastric emptying
