Which power maintains the military forces? Delegated/ Enumerated
Why does Delegated, Concurrent and Reserved powers benefit us? by separating them into these categories, the U.S system balances national cohesion and adaptability, ensuring us that both the federal gov. and states act effectively while making no power is greater than the last.
what benefits does delegated powers give us? National unity and coordination, specialized expertise and consistency.
why does the reserved powers represent us? Because of the authority that the U.S constitution does not give the federal gov. and does not really deny the states, leaving the power between the states and the people.
providing for our public safety is in what power? Concurrent
why is concurrent power shared? Because it ensures that authorities both federal and state gov. can exercise at the same time, as well as ensuring essential functions are covered.
which power can establish local governments? Reserved.
