White/yellow culture contains what anticoagulant? SPS
Light blue contains what anticoagulant? Sodium Citrate
Red contains what anticoagulant? None! :)
Orange/tiger top and gold top contain what anticoagulant? None, but has a gel barrier
Green contains what anticoagulant? Heparin (may contain a gel barrier)
Lavender or Purple contains what anticoagulant? EDTA
Grey contains what anticoagulant? Sodium fluoride potassium oxalate
Yellow contains what anticoagulant? ACD(a) AND OR ACD(b)
what tube colors contain PLASMA when spun? Lavender, purple, grey, yellow, green, light blue (pretty pastel colors is how i like to remember it)
what tube colors contain SERUM when spun? Red, Orange, Tiger top, gold top (anything red, orange, or gold is how i like to remember)
what tube color contains nothing? white or yellow
