What is Energy? The ability to do work
What is a renewable resource? A resource that can be replenished
What is a nonrenewable resource? Natural resources that we can not recreate easily or quickly
What is Solar energy? A clean renewable resource
What is Wind energy? Energy generated from the wind
What is Biomass? mass from a living organism
What is Natural Gas? Methane that is located with petroleum
What is Nuclear energy? energy released from a nuclear reaction
What is Oil? A fossil fuel that can be transported easily
What is Coal? An abundant hydrocarbon used as a fuel for generating electricity
