negative slope slope that decreases from left to right
proportional any graph that is both linear and contains the origin
hypotenuse the longest side of the right triangle; opposite from the right angle; side c
legs the sides of a right triangle that are adjacent to the right angle; sides a and b
dilation a transformation that either enlarges or reduces the size of an original figure by a given scale factor
