Goal 6 of EHDI Every state will have an EHDI tracking and surveillance system to minimize loss to follow up
Lost to follow up child is "at risk" and has been referred for further testing but has not had a diagnostic evaluation
Goal 7 of EHDI Every state will have a comprehensive system to monitor and evaluate the progress towards EHDI goals
Early Intervention A system of coordinated services that promotes the child's age-appropriate growth and supports families during the critical early years
EI: CT B23 mission is to strengthen the capacity of CT's families to meet the developmental and health-related needs of their infants and toddlers who have delays or disabilities
