| Vertical Angles | A pair of opposite angles formed by the intersection of two lines. They are congruent |
| Right Angle | An angle measuring exactly 90°. |
| Supplementary Angles | Two angles whose measures sum to 180° |
| Vertex | The point where two or more lines, line segments, or rays meet. |
| Complementary Angles | Two angles whose measures sum to 90° |
| Obtuse Angle | An angle that measures between 90° and 180° |
| Acute Angle | An angle that measures between 0° and 90° |
| Straight Angle | An angle that measures exactly 180° |
| Adjacent Angles | Two angles that share a vertex and a ray |
| Acute Triangle | A triangle that has three acute angles |
| Right Triangle | A triangle that has one right angle |
| Obtuse Triangle | A triangle with one obtuse angle |
| Equilateral Triangle | A triangle with three equal side lengths |
| Scalene Triangle | A triangle with no equal side lengths |
| Isosceles Triangle | A triangle with two equal side lengths |
