Parts of Speech/Sentences

TermDefinition
declarative a sentence that makes a statement and it ends with a period. (.)
interrogative a sentence that asks a question and ends with a question mark (?)
imperative a sentence that commands someone to do something and it ends with a period. (.)
exclamatory a sentence that shows strong feeling and it ends with an exclamation mark(!)
