What are Forces? forces make things speed up, slow down, or change direction. Without a force a still object remains still & a moving object would keep moving
What is mass? The more mass something has the more force required to move it.
what is friction? friction opposes motion between two touching objects; friction slows things down.
What is gravity? gravity pulls everything toward Earth. The more mass something has the more gravity acts on it.
What are unbalanced forces? unbalanced forces happen when one side has greater force in one direction. This will cause the object to move in the direction the greater force is going.
What are balanced forces? balanced forces are two equal forces acting in the opposite direction. because it is balanced the object does not move.
