Ecosystem a community of organisms and the environment in which they live.
Conservation the process of preserving and protecting an ecosystem of a resource
Extinction the death of all the members of a certain kind of living things.
Adaptation a trait or characteristic that helps an organism survive.
Habitat the place where an organism lives and can find everything it needs to survive
Instinct a behavior that an organism inherits and knows how to do without being taught
Grassland an area of land covered mostly with grasses that generally receives less rain than a forest.
Taiga land that is very cold in the winter and that is covered mostlyPolar with conifers
Desert an area of land that is very dry
Polar near Earth’s North Pole or South Pole
