| outlier | data points that varies significantly from the rest of the data |
| symmetrical | the shape that is perfectly symmetric and can be divided into two halves |
| right skewed | has a tail extended to the right |
| left skewed | has a tail extending to its left |
| bimodal | has 2 modes |
| uniform | data all the same or flat |
| probability | likelihood of an event |
| impossible | will never happen |
| certain | will happen |
| equally probable/equally likely | its equal if it will happen or not |
| unlikely | probably wont happen |
| likely | probably will happen |
| complement | The opposite of an event, it includes all the outcomes that are not part of the original event |
